No win, no fee, no hidden costs

You pay nothing up front and nothing if the claim fails. When the airline pays, we deduct 30% of the compensation including VAT. Court costs and legal fees are ours to carry. The fee is fixed in the assignment agreement you sign, and it never increases because a case goes to court.

How your money is paid out

There are two routes. In many cases the airline pays you directly and you then pay our fee. In other cases the airline pays Tomo; we transfer your share to your IBAN within 5 working days of receipt and send a statement.

Both routes are visible in your claim dashboard on tomoclaim.com, including the amount the airline paid, our fee and the net amount to you.

What happened to EUclaim, and why it matters

In August 2026 the Dutch claim service EUclaim was declared bankrupt. Customers whose compensation had arrived at EUclaim but had not yet been paid out were caught in the bankruptcy. That is exactly the risk you should ask about with any claim company.

Our answer: we prefer direct payment from the airline to you, we hold customer money for days rather than months, and every payout is logged in your dashboard. Ask us anything about this at support@tomoclaim.com.

Where to check us independently

Search our Chamber of Commerce number 93488432 in the Dutch trade register (KVK). Read reviews on Trustpilot and Kiyoh, where we cannot edit or delete anything. Look for our company on LinkedIn. If anything you find contradicts what we say here, tell us.

Complaints

If something goes wrong, email support@tomoclaim.com with your claim reference. We respond within 2 working days. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can bring your complaint to the Dutch consumer dispute committee or to the court of your place of residence; our terms explain the procedure.

Frequently asked questions

Is Tomo Flight Claim a registered company?

Yes. Tomo Flight Claim is a trade name of Altitudes Group B.V., registered with the Netherlands Chamber of Commerce under number 93488432, VAT ID NL866423564B01, at Weezenhof 6745, 6536 BG Nijmegen.

Do I have to pay anything if the claim fails?

No. If the airline does not pay, you owe us nothing. There are no start-up, administration or court fees.

How do I know the airline actually paid?

Your claim dashboard shows the airline's payment, the date, our fee and your net amount. When the airline pays you directly, you see the money before you pay our fee.

Why is Tomo Flight Claim cheaper or more expensive than others?

Our fee is 30% including VAT, a single percentage with no extras. Some competitors quote a lower base rate but add a separate legal-action fee once a case goes to court, which often ends up higher. Compare the total, not the headline rate.

Can I cancel after signing?

You can withdraw within 14 days without giving a reason, as long as we have not yet obtained payment from the airline. After that, the assignment agreement applies; contact support@tomoclaim.com to discuss your case.

Where are the independent reviews?

On Trustpilot and Kiyoh. Links are in the header of this site and on every review card that comes from those platforms.
