  KLM verweigerte die Zahlung mit Verweis auf das Wetter. Tomo hat die METAR-Daten für Amsterdam vorgelegt: kein Wetter, das eine Verspätung rechtfertigt. Nach der zweiten Aufforderung wurde gezahlt.

  Waited eleven weeks for a status update. When I emailed, it took four days to get a reply. The claim was eventually paid, but the silence in between made me think I had been scammed.

  Sarah, you are right and we are sorry. Your claim sat in a queue while British Airways requested boarding passes twice, and our system did not tell you that. We have since added automatic status emails for every document request and a two-working-day reply target on support. Thank you for saying it plainly.

  Rechtszaak zonder extra kosten

  Wizz Air reageerde maanden niet. Tomo heeft de zaak voor de rechter gebracht en gewonnen. Dat kostte mij niets extra, precies zoals beloofd. €400 uitbetaald.

  Danke, Petra. Ryanair zahlt in vielen Fällen erst nach Klageandrohung, das dauert leider. Seit September senden wir bei jedem Schritt eine Statusmail, auch wenn sich nur die Frist verschiebt. Gute Reise weiterhin.

  Correspondance manquée à Amsterdam à cause d'un premier vol KLM en retard. Je ne pensais pas avoir droit à quelque chose. 600 € reçus, sans frais supplémentaires malgré la mise en demeure.
